Free freight on orders over $80 or more. Otherwise freight is $10 flat rate.
Domestic Shipping (NZ Wide)
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. If your order is unable to be dispatched within 3 working days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
All orders will be sent by courier ‘Track & Trace’. We’ll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time the order is sent. Once your item is shipped you can expect delivery within 2 - 3 working days. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us with your order number immediately.
If the item is damaged during transit, please let us know via email with photo poof and we will replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. Please note this is case by case.
Once your order have been shipped you are not able to cancel your order. No returns.
Due to the personnel hygiene of Bath and Beauty products (Soap,Bath bomb & Lip balms) we have a no return/refund policy due to the nature of these products. But if you are unhappy for any reason, then we want to know why. Contact us as soon as possible and we will hear your concerns.
